Winterfest is an annual January outdoor festival at the Pearland Recreation Center & Natatorium featuring the H-E-B Plus! Winter Zone with more than 200,000 pounds of real snow, a carnival boardwalk, food, and live entertainment. Held at Pearland Recreation Center & Natatorium, 4141 Bailey Road.

Commemorates the 1836 Texas Declaration of Independence. Observed statewide.

Spring Fest is a free annual family festival held in April at Independence Park featuring live entertainment, interactive attractions, local food, and a craft market. Held at Independence Park, 3449 Pearland Parkway.
