Health officials have confirmed human cases of West Nile Virus for this year. An older adult male in one area tested positive, and there are additional cases. The total number of cases reported so far is at least three.

Community members are urged to help prevent disease transmission. This can be done by taking certain steps to reduce mosquito breeding areas.
